The Refinishing Touch sees increase in ISO 9001 Customer Satisfaction Rate

satisfaction surveyNow in our 4th quarter of our ISO standards compliance, we at The Refinishing Touch are proud to announce that we’ve brought our ISO 9001 customer satisfaction rating up from 98.5% to 99.39%.

As a provider of furniture asset management services to over 22,000 public and private organizations in the government, higher education and hospitality sectors, The Refinishing Touch takes great pride in each project we are commissioned to complete. As announced earlier this year, the ISO 9001:2008 certification is given to organizations that continually demonstrate the ability to enhance customer satisfaction whilst producing a service and abiding by statutory and regulatory systems – which continues to be a top priority of ours day in and day out.
