As summer officially comes to a close – we hope all of our readers had a fun, relaxing Labor Day – it’s always important to look back on all that we accomplished and look forward to a busy, productive fall.
Over the past few months, we’ve reached a number of important milestones, including receiving the ISO 9001:2008 certification, developing our new preferred vendor relationship with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, winning the California Multiple Award Schedule contact, and continuing our customer communication program, Green Connect, which had two new participants – BEST WESTERN PLUS The Inn at King of Prussia and Hilton Garden Inn, Columbia.
We have also continued to attend industry tradeshows and conferences throughout the summer, allowing us to interact with existing customers and potential clients, and share our knowledge of the furniture asset management industry and how The Refinishing Touch’s solutions can decrease costs and carbon emissions for organizations across the hotel, government, and higher education sectors.
But we also enjoy looking to the future and this fall we will be busier than ever as we continue to complete projects in each of our three target industries. Through our furniture asset management services, we’re able to save the companies and organizations we work with up to 80 percent in budget costs and 90 percent in carbon emissions, when compared to purchasing new assets.
