New York – 166 Projects / 28,231 rooms

Dallas – 162 Projects / 19,972 rooms

Los Angeles – 158 Projects / 25,248 rooms

Houston – 146 Projects / 14,998 rooms

Atlanta – 130 Projects / 17,280 rooms

Additionally, Nashville, Austin, Orlando, Detroit, Charlotte rounded out the top 10 markets capturing 25% of the total pipeline.
