Additionally, sustainability has become a critical factor to business success, as consumers become more environmentally aware when booking reservations. When a hotelier begins to plan for PIPs, the act of repurposing assets, as opposed to buying new, should be considered, as it will result in an end project that is beneficial to ROI, customer satisfaction, the environment and a property’s overall value.
